The Opportunity
As a Front-End Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping how enterprise users interact with AI. You’ll help design and build intuitive, high-impact interfaces that allow people to collaborate seamlessly with intelligent agents in their daily work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, design, and user experience, and who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Designing and delivering user-facing features end-to-end, from idea to production
- Translating complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Staying current with emerging interaction patterns for AI-powered tools
- Working directly with users to understand pain points and rapidly test solutions
- Collaborating closely with product, backend, and commercial teams
- Contributing to and evolving a scalable design system built with React and Tailwind
- Helping shape product and UX decisions before a dedicated design function is in place
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a strong match if you:
- Have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Are highly proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript, with deep React experience
- Are comfortable working with Python alongside front-end systems
- Have strong UI/UX instincts and care deeply about usability and visual polish
- Can take loosely defined problems and turn them into production-ready solutions quickly
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Enjoy high ownership, rapid iteration, and building from first principles
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience building or integrating products that use large language models (LLMs)
- A strong eye for visual design, motion, and micro-interactions
- Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing software
Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: £100,000 – £110,000
