Finance Leader – FP&A and Billing(UK visa sponsorship available)

Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a Finance Leader to drive performance across cost, fulfillment, quality, cash, and profitability through effective financial management, supply chain support, and project execution. This role is central to ensuring financial accuracy, strong site leadership, and alignment with GE Aerospace’s wider finance objectives.

As part of the Wales site leadership team, you will oversee FP&A and customer billing functions, ensuring compliance, integrity, and operational excellence. You will also champion the use of the FLIGHT DECK operating system to deliver improved results across finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead site FP&A and customer billing functions.

Ensure financial statement accuracy in partnership with controllership colleagues.

Act as a key member of the site leadership team, supporting customer and stakeholder deliverables with compliance at the forefront.

Drive adoption and effective use of the FLIGHT DECK operating system within finance and operations.

Deliver results aligned with the broader GE Aerospace Finance objectives.

Required Qualifications

Experience leading finance teams in a manufacturing environment.

Desired Characteristics

Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

Relevant degree in finance or a related field.
