We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to join our team, reporting functionally to the EHS Leader and operationally to the Lead EHS Specialist. The role requires in-depth knowledDomiciliary Care Assistant Uk Sponsorship Availablege of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices, along with technical expertise to promote and maintain a safe working environment and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide EHS guidance and support to production teams to ensure safety standards are met.
  • Conduct audits in line with company and legislative requirements.
  • Complete and review risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Support the management of change process with EHS considerations.
  • Maintain relevant EHS documentation and procedures, including the EHS Gensuite system.
  • Lead and participate in teams involved with Framework 2.0 initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and communication of best practices across the company.
  • Participate in accident investigations, hazard identification, and risk reduction campaigns.
  • Actively engage in environmental initiatives and promote sustainability.
  • Collate and report on EHS metrics to monitor safety performance.
  • Facilitate and coordinate EHS training programs for staff.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS-related software.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead others.
  • Engineering or technical experience.
  • Flexibility to provide EHS support and training across different shifts.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  • IEMA Certification.
  • EHS training experience and/or training qualifications.
