What You’ll Do

As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in helping prospective students and families navigate the university admissions process by offering tailored consulting services. You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial consultations to closing—while building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online consultations with prospective clients, presenting the company’s services with confidence and clarity.

Understand each client’s academic background, goals, and challenges to propose customised support plans.

Guide clients through the decision-making process and convert qualified leads into enrolled clients.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to encourage referrals and long-term partnerships.

Provide regular updates on sales activity, client feedback, and performance metrics.

Stay up to date with UK and global university admissions trends, deadlines, and requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience in sales (minimum 2 years, ideally in education or consulting).

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, empathetic approach.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow.

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working or studying in Mainland China.

Able to provide verifiable sales references and commission records if requested.

Desirable:

Experience with high-value or high-trust sales environments.

Familiarity with global higher education systems.

Passion for education and international student success.
