We welcome applicants who are passionate about data and its role in creating fairer systems. While the role is full-time, we are open to part-time or flexible working arrangements. Hybrid working options (a mix of remote and on-site work) are also available on a non-contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities
Support the collection, management, and analysis of data related to staff and student experiences
Work with stakeholders to improve how equality data informs IT service development and organisational change
Provide insight into EDI-related issues through evidence-based reporting
Advocate for inclusive practices within IT services and wider institutional projects
Collaborate with teams to identify and challenge biases in current systems and data practices
About You
You will be an individual who is committed to ethical, inclusive, and evidence-based approaches. You should have:
Strong data handling and analysis skills
A good understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) principles
An interest in using data to drive positive social and organisational change
A collaborative and proactive approach to work
A commitment to fairness, integrity, and continual improvement
