About the Role
The CRM and Conversion Officer will play a key role in supporting the UK Recruitment CRM Team to deliver engaging and effective communication campaigns for prospective students.
Working as part of a small team, and reporting to the CRM and Conversion Manager, you will:
Create and deliver automated email and SMS campaigns.
Write and design compelling, action-driven communications.
Segment audience data to target the right groups.
Proofread and test communications for accuracy and brand consistency.
Evaluate and refine campaigns to ensure they are timely, relevant, and effective.
This role is critical in guiding students from enquiry to enrolment and ensuring they receive high-quality, personalized communication at every stage.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who combines creativity and technical skills, with the ability to:
Write persuasive, audience-focused copy that drives action.
Confidently use CRM systems (experience with MS Dynamics is highly desirable).
Pay close attention to detail when proofreading and managing data.
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a close-knit team.
Continuously assess and improve campaign performance.
You should be adaptable, proactive, and able to quickly get up to speed in a fast-paced environment.
