Clinical Support Workers play a vital role in delivering safe, respectful, and high-quality care—working closely with nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals to support patients throughout their hospital journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Clinical Support Worker, your responsibilities will include a mix of clinical and non-clinical tasks, such as:
  • Supporting patients with personal care, nutrition, hydration, and mobility
  • Assisting with basic clinical observations (e.g. temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
  • Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable ward environment
  • Supporting nurses and clinicians with day-to-day patient care
  • Contributing to ward administration and patient documentation
  • Treating every patient with dignity, compassion, and respect
  • You’ll be encouraged to develop your skills, take part in service improvement, and contribute positively to patient experience.
