Nimbuscare is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Services & Rota Workforce Administrator Apprentice. In this full-time role, you will provide administrative support across various teams, helping ensure the smooth delivery of primary care services.
Alongside your role, you will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship through York College, expected to be completed within 18 months, including an end-point assessment.
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone looking to build a career in healthcare administration while gaining a recognised qualification.
Main Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Provide general admin support across teams.
Assist with tasks on System One, including booking, cancelling, and managing patient appointments.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to queries.
Support data entry, allocation, and collation of information.
File and retrieve documents (manual and electronic).
Help process Locum invoices and ensure finance receives relevant information.
Assist the Clinical Services and Workforce Teams with general admin tasks.
Maintain staff compliance records for clinical and administrative teams.

Person Specification
Essential
Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English (GCSE grade C/4 or above or equivalent).
Computer literate – confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and telephone handling skills.
Organised, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Able to meet deadlines and manage workloads under pressure.
Self-motivated, reliable, and a good team player.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Willingness to learn and commit to personal/professional development.
Understand and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Desirable
Previous admin or customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
