About the Role

East Cheshire NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Service Manager to lead our Community Dental Service, which delivers high-quality Pediatric Exodontia and Special Care Dentistry.

You will join a supportive, innovative multi-disciplinary team and work closely with Mid Cheshire Hospital, where theatre time is scheduled. The role involves both operational management and clinical accountability, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient delivery of services across the locality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operational planning and delivery of community dental services.

Provide clinical accountability for the standards and performance of dental nurses.

Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual agreements, budgets, and quality standards.

Build and maintain strong links with key stakeholders, including Mid Cheshire Hospital.

Work in partnership with the Clinical Lead, who will provide clinical and managerial leadership, to motivate and support the dental team.

Support the delivery of excellent patient care and experience within Paediatric Exodontia and Special Care Dentistry.

Additional Information

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check with Barred List clearance (payable by the successful candidate).

If you have lived or worked abroad for more than 6 months in the last 5 years, you must provide overseas police clearance.
