Job Description

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager to join the Day Theatre team at Yeovil District Hospital, part of Somerset Foundation Trust.

As Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of two operating theatres, the post-anaesthesia care unit, an integrated admission and discharge ward, and a standalone Modular Theatre. • Lead and engage with quality improvement projects, helping to enhance patient experiences, theatre capacity, and support recruitment and development efforts.
  • Support the senior team with training and education to ensure the success of the role.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a senior role within a theatre environment and is enthusiastic about embracing change. Informal visits to meet the team are encouraged.
