Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone with strong culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a flair for creativity. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, safety, and presentation while leading and inspiring your team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food production

Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff, encouraging teamwork and high performance

Design and develop seasonal menus based on customer preferences and available ingredients

Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Create innovative dishes while maintaining budget and cost control

Participate in recruiting and onboarding new kitchen team members
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Chef (preferred)

Proven experience in a hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting

Strong cooking and food preparation skills across a range of cuisines

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is essential

Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all staff

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure

Passion for culinary excellence and mentoring junior staff
