About the Role
Bury College is seeking a Catering Facilitator to support the Catering Manager in the daily running of our newly renovated Bistro and Enterprise outlets. You will help ensure staff and students have access to the right equipment, resources, and materials during lessons, while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
In addition, you will assist with a range of catering and food production duties, contributing to a high-quality catering provision across the College.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).
A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to achieve this).
A broad range of cooking skills and knowledge.
Previous experience in an education setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
