About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary Engineering Division.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimising, maintaining, and improving BMS systems for a range of clients, ensuring their operations are efficient, reliable, and sustainable. You’ll work across Trend, Cylon, and Tridium systems to deliver high-quality planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, as well as system optimisation and project works.
You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and third parties to deliver exceptional service and impactful solutions that support our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to net zero.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance of BMS systems.
Diagnose and resolve BMS control issues across software and HVAC plant.
Deliver project works, including system integration and energy optimisation.
Support installation and commissioning of new systems.
Develop and deploy optimisation strategies to improve building performance.
Liaise with clients and internal management to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge to strengthen team performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and implementing site improvements.
About You

Essential Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in BMS maintenance and optimisation.
Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification (ideally HNC/ONC or equivalent).
Experience with Trend systems or equivalent (Tridium, Cylon, Delta desirable).
ECS/CSCS Gold Card holder.
Full UK driving licence.
Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available for eligible applicants).
