Role Overview
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTM UHB) is seeking committed and compassionate Registered Nurses to join its Nursing Bank. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to work across acute medical and surgical wards, as well as community hospital settings, depending on service needs.
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while working within established clinical guidelines and professional standards. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide safe and effective direct and indirect patient care in ward and community settings
- Deliver nursing care in line with local policies, agreed protocols, and care plans
- Support patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
- Comply fully with NMC Standards, Code of Conduct, and professional guidance

Essential Requirements
- Current UK NMC registration
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a variety of clinical environments
