Role Overview

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTM UHB) is seeking committed and compassionate Registered Nurses to join its Nursing Bank. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide safe and effective direct and indirect patient care in ward and community settings
• Deliver nursing care in line with local policies, agreed protocols, and care plans
• Support patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
• Comply fully with NMC Standards, Code of Conduct, and professional guidance

Essential Requirements

• Current UK NMC registration
