AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) is seeking applications for B2 Licensed Engineers at our UK bases in Stansted, Manchester, and Edinburgh. This exciting opportunity is in partnership with Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline.
We’re looking for self-motivated engineers with line maintenance experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, supervise personnel, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a B2 Licensed Engineer, you will report to the Station Manager and take responsibility for:
- Routine servicing and defect rectification of Ryanair’s 737-800 and 737-8200 Fleet.
- Managing Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery operations.
- Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, in line with company procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Supervising and mentoring Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Aircraft Line Maintenance experience (Essential).
- EASA or UK CAA Part-66 B2 License with at least one type endorsed (Essential).
- Boeing 737-NG and MAX Type Endorsement & Recency (Desirable – Type courses available).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) (Essential).
- Good IT literacy (Essential), with experience in AMOS (Desirable).
