Do you have expertise in Excel automation, VBA coding, and process improvement? We are seeking an Automation Specialist to join our busy Payroll team, responsible for paying approximately 15,000 employees monthly.
This role is pivotal in transforming and automating systems and processes within Employee Services and Payroll, ensuring operational efficiency and readiness ahead of our transition to Oracle. You will also provide advanced technical support and maintain existing automation solutions.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Develop & optimize automation using Excel formulas, macros, and VBA
✔ Enhance efficiency by automating payroll and administrative processes
✔ Analyze and interpret complex data, ensuring clear communication of findings
✔ Support system transformation to ensure business readiness for Oracle implementation
✔ Provide technical support to operational teams and maintain automation tools
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
✅ Advanced Excel skills – complex formulas, macros, VBA scripting
✅ Data analysis & reporting expertise
✅ Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting abilities
✅ Project management experience (desirable)
