What We Offer Upon Joining:
Basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care and audiology services to Amplifon clients. Your duties will include:
- Conducting hearing tests, assessing client needs, and presenting suitable options.
- Providing aftercare services in line with Amplifon’s aftercare program.
- Managing the clinic with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff oversight.
- Ensuring the team delivers a professional, courteous, and high-quality service.
- Delivering a positive Amplifon customer journey that exceeds expectations.
- Acting as a role model by building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, the local community, and other clinicians.
- Ensuring compliance with all internal and legal guidelines.
- Managing the clinic diary to meet both commercial objectives and customer needs.
- Achieving all KPIs and addressing areas of underperformance with timely action plans.

- Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
