About the Role
Henley Business School is seeking to appoint an exceptional Associate Professor with expertise in Coaching and Organisational Behaviour to join its internationally respected Department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour & Reputation.
This is a permanent academic appointment for an individual who combines research excellence, innovative teaching, and a strong commitment to student engagement and professional impact. You will play a key role in shaping postgraduate and executive education, contributing to Henley’s reputation as one of the world’s leading business schools.
What You Will Do
As an Associate Professor, you will:
- Deliver and lead high-quality teaching across postgraduate programmes, including MBA and MSc courses
- Contribute to executive education and professionally focused learning (desirable)
- Employ facilitative and collaborative teaching approaches suited to experienced and senior learners
- Develop and sustain an internationally recognised research profile in Coaching and Organisational Behaviour
- Supervise postgraduate research students and contribute to curriculum development
- Work autonomously while actively contributing to a collegial, team-oriented academic environment
About You
You will bring:
- A strong track record of research and scholarly publication in Coaching and/or Organisational Behaviour
- Demonstrated excellence in postgraduate-level teaching
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage critically experienced students
- The confidence to work independently alongside a genuine commitment to collaborative academic practice
- A passion for innovation in teaching, learning, and academic leadership
