About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Associate Lecturers to join our teaching team and deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences. These roles are ideal for individuals with experience in higher education, industry, or both.

You may be required to teach at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels through lectures, tutorials, or workshops. In addition to teaching, you may contribute to the development and design of learning materials and assessments.

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in the following areas:

MBA Programmes: Including support for dissertation supervision and academic guidance

IOSH/Health & Safety: Specifically for students on the Events Management course

Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS): A generous defined-benefit pension scheme

For example, on a salary of £40,000, the university contributes ~£11,400 annually towards your pension

You would earn a pension of approximately £702 per year of service, payable from your state pension age

Option to stay in USS (Universities Superannuation Scheme) if currently enrolled
