About the opportunity

Allen House Dental in Ipswich is welcoming applications from enthusiastic and clinically confident Associate Dentists who are looking to join a well-established, forward-thinking practice with a strong reputation and loyal patient base.

This role offers an excellent balance of NHS stability and private earning potential, making it ideal for dentists seeking long-term growth, flexibility, and a supportive working environment. Applications are welcomed from UK, EU, and non-EU dentists, with supervision and visa support available where required.

What we offer

  • Up to £14 per UDA, depending on experience
  • Up to 7,500 UDAs available
  • Established patient list of 15,000+ NHS, Private, and Practice Plan patients
  • Strong private demand with potential gross earnings of up to £30,000 per month
  • 47% private income split (50% laboratory fees)
  • Full-time preferred, but part-time options available
  • Opportunity to work up to 5 days per week plus 1 Saturday (private sessions)
  • Immediate start or flexible onboarding to suit notice periods
  • A special interest in orthodontics would be welcomed but is not essential.

About the practice

Allen House Dental is a long-established mixed NHS and private practice, serving the Ipswich community for over 60 years. The practice continues to grow, welcoming approximately 50 new patients each month.

The practice is:

  • Fully computerised and paperless
  • Equipped with digital X-rays, CBCT, rotary endodontics, and 3D imaging
  • Supported by a highly experienced clinical and non-clinical team (many with 10+ years’ service)
  • Well stocked with a wide range of consumables, supporting efficient, high-quality care
  • We offer a broad scope of dentistry, including implants, periodontal care, cosmetic dentistry, and orthodontic aligner systems such as SureSmile.
