Key Responsibilities
Conduct oral examinations and diagnose dental and gum health issues.
Perform X-rays and interpret results accurately.
Develop and implement dental treatment and care plans.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
Prescribe medication where appropriate.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.
Provide restorative and cosmetic dental treatments as required.
Opportunities available for those with specialist expertise in specific dental fields.
Requirements
Valid Dentistry degree.
GDC registration (or willingness to register).
Full-time or part-time availability.
Excellent English communication skills (meeting UK Home Office standards for international applicants).
Willingness to undertake NHS training if required.
Ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
Compliance with all required medical and health checks.
Eligibility
Applicants may come from the following categories:
EU-trained dentists with GDC registration.
EU-trained dentists without GDC registration (eligible to apply if studies were completed within the EU).
Worldwide applicants with GDC registration and prior UK experience.
Worldwide applicants requiring VTE mentoring (1 year) to complete UK registration.
