The Role
Saïd Business School is seeking a highly organized and proactive Alumni Support Coordinator to join the Executive Education team. You will play a key role in managing and delivering the alumni programme for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK initiative, ensuring a first-class experience for alumni, faculty, and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Alumni Engagement Manager, you will coordinate events, communications, and operations to strengthen the alumni community and support its long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver alumni events and activities across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
Support alumni communications, including updates to the online community platform.
Maintain accurate records on Salesforce and produce reports as required.
Host and manage webinars to ensure smooth virtual delivery.
Process invoices and track expenditure against budgets.
About You
You will have:
Experience in planning and delivering high-quality events across multiple formats.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
A strong track record of customer service and stakeholder engagement.
Attention to detail and confidence in managing logistics.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain data and support reporting.
Please note: You must already hold the Right to Work in the UK, as this role is unlikely to meet the requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
