About the Role:
The Faculty of Media, Arts and Humanities is seeking a proactive and well-organized Academic Experience Coordinator to join the Academic Experience team.
This is a key administrative role supporting curriculum and assessment processes. The successful candidate will help ensure a positive academic experience for both students and staff by managing core administrative duties and supporting various faculty-led processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to student and staff enquiries
Maintaining accurate curriculum and assessment data
Monitoring student engagement and attendance
Providing administrative support for academic meetings, including note/minute-taking
Assisting with exam and assessment procedures
Working closely with Academic Experience Officers and Assessment & Student Experience Leads
About You:
You’ll be someone who:
Has excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Can work well both independently and as part of a team
Is confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
Is flexible, proactive, and takes initiative in a busy environment
Ideally has experience in academic administration within higher education (desirable but not essential)
