Who Can Apply?
The scholarship is available to applicants who:
- Are from eligible countries on the DAC List of ODA Recipients
- Hold (or expect to obtain) a first-class honours degree
- Have an unconditional offer to study at the University of Edinburgh for an eligible programme
- Have not previously studied at the master’s level
- Can demonstrate how the degree will benefit their career and home country
