Position Summary

This is a fantastic chance to join Hilton’s Europe Revenue Management team, which is situated at regional headquarters in Watford, North London, with a hybrid approach that includes working remotely during the week and occasional travel to our hotels. The Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) is in charge of hotel revenue management for around 350 hotels in the UK and Ireland, as well as Europe, and is supported by a diverse team of over 100 team members from 28 nationalities. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of Hilton’s ongoing success and growth, with good career potential beyond the initial post, including the ability to shift to other departments within the corporate setting or to a hotel-based function.

The Senior Cluster Revenue Manager will oversee a team of Cluster Revenue Managers and collaborate with a wide range of regional and senior leaders to maximise revenue, market share, and profits throughout the portfolio. The role supports the commercial strategy and ensures its successful execution, driving revenue and profits while fulfilling Hilton’s vision to be the world’s leading hospitality organisation, the first choice of guests, team members, and owners alike.

 

The responsibilities will include:

 

  • Developing, training, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of Revenue Managers
  • Ensure regular use of high-quality revenue management methods and communications.
  • Ensure that sales and pricing plans are based on solid commercial judgement through effective analysis and management reporting.
  • Ensure effective and compliant use of all systems in accordance with business best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring effective information gathering and analysis is undertaken to discover and utilise all opportunities while minimising any dangers.
  • Manage the deployment of new tools, systems, technologies, and procedures into the business.
  • Ensuring that relevant hotel and above-hotel commercial teams are actively engaged in all revenue decisions through regular communication to efficiently implement optimal plans and controls.
  • Regularly interact with other functions and partners to guarantee we surpass the expectations of our customers, owners, and shareholders.

What are we searching for?

  • You have a demonstrated background in commercial revenue management, yield management, or pricing, preferably from within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • You have experience in a leadership capacity, managing a team of three or more.
  • You will preferably have effectively led large-scale projects and activities.
  • You have a strong track record of stakeholder management across different functions at the senior level.
  • You are robust and motivated—self-organized, working well under time restrictions while balancing multiple activities and priorities.
