What shall I do?

The Assistant Director of Sales – Middle East & Leisure is a proactive member of the sales team in charge of building strong relationships with existing B2B wholesale customers while also aggressively developing new global business possibilities. This function also oversees all business from the Middle East, including corporate and MICE prospects. The ideal candidate will be engaging, enjoy connecting with others, and have a desire to find and close new business. Typical tasks could include:

• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new leads and increase market share, focusing on ADR, family, and suite business.

· As an ambassador for the largest Hilton outside the US, you will represent the hotel on sales tours, networking events, and trade fairs including ATM, WTM, and Sales Missions.

· Conduct sales research, presentations, and activities through audio and virtual conversations, hotel show rounds, client entertainment, office visits, evenings, and fam excursions to create relationships and boost revenue.

As a senior member of the sales team, help the DOS in building revenue in line with hotel goals, train sales team members, and collaborate with hotel operations to provide expertise about your segments and deliver excellent service standards.

 

What are we searching for?

An Assistant Director of Sales – Middle East & Leisure at Hilton London Metropole is dedicated to providing the greatest experience for our guests and collaborating with other Team Members. To be effective in this role, you should maintain the following attitudes, behaviours, abilities, and values:

·               Proven track record in a similar job within the Sales sector, with an established network of connections and partnerships in the Middle East and Leisure segments.

· Fluent in Arabic.

·               suitable to work in the UK, with the possibility of sponsoring a visa for the suitable candidate.

• As a team player, you will collaborate with our reservations, front desk, and operational teams, as well as Hilton Worldwide Sales and property teams. Your ability to engage with these teams and generate results will be a critical factor in your success.

·                           Positive attitude and

·       Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, to convey the newly repositioned hotel’s value offer.

· Committed to providing excellent customer service.

• Flexibility to adapt to various work settings.

· Capable of managing many projects and working independently under pressure.
