Are you currently on sponsorship with a Domiciliary Care Agency but not receiving the required hours? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
As a full-time Care Professional, you’ll be guaranteed contracted hours. Flexibility regarding your work schedule is essential, as you will need to be available for weekends and evenings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Performing home help tasks
- Offering companionship to clients
- Preparing meals and monitoring clients’ diets
- Assisting with appointments
- Supporting clients in maintaining independence at home
As a Care Assistant at Home Instead, you will have a kind, compassionate heart and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for seniors. Your care will be personalized to each individual, built on strong bonds formed through shared experiences. You will enjoy developing professional, respectful relationships and adapt to meet your clients’ unique needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have at least one year of care experience, whether in domiciliary care, a care home, or a hospital setting.
