About You

We’re looking for a natural leader with a positive personality, someone who can inspire and motivate a team of 25+ chefs. You’ll have experience in high-volume, fresh food, à la carte restaurants, and thrive in fast-paced environments—hotel kitchens need not apply. You should be passionate about mentoring and enjoy training, developing talent, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

You’re committed to maintaining the highest standards in food quality and presentation and are a team player who values collaboration. You excel under pressure, staying organised and calm in a busy, high-energy kitchen.

Requirements:

• IELTS for UKVI or currently on a Skilled Worker Visa.
• Experience working in high-volume, fresh food, à la carte environments.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a large team.
• Passion for food, quality, and mentoring others.
