Monitor processes and maintain accurate documentation and audit trails
Work with colleagues across the University to identify system needs and improvements
Provide support and guidance to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
Balance routine operational tasks with project-based responsibilities

About You

You will be detail-focused, organised, and confident working across systems and teams.

You should have:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
An analytical approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively

You should also be comfortable handling routine, high-volume tasks especially during busy admissions periods while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
