As a Ward Sister, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the ward, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care for older adults with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily ward operations, ensuring smooth and efficient care delivery

    Act as a role model and mentor for nursing staff and junior colleagues
