An exciting opportunity has opened for a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a welcoming and experienced team in the coastal town of Leigh-on-Sea. This fixed-term role is ideal for a vet looking to expand their clinical skills while working in a supportive and well-equipped practice.

 What Your Week Will Look Like

This role is designed to provide both clinical exposure and a healthy work-life balance:

  • 4-day working week (full-time hours)
    Consistent days off to help you plan your time
    1 in 3 Saturdays
    Shared out-of-hours (OOH) and bank holiday rota based at a nearby 24-hour hospital
    OOH duties are limited and fully supported

You’ll be involved in a wide range of cases, helping you build confidence and develop your expertise.

You’ll be part of a friendly and collaborative environment, working alongside:

  • 2 experienced Veterinary Surgeons who actively mentor and support
    5 Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs)
    5 Client Care Assistants (CCAs)
