Additional Experience That Would Strengthen Your Application

Exposure to nonprofit or public sector organisations across EMEA, including partnerships with institutions such as Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, GIZ, or European Union bodies
A solid understanding of how international development is funded, including relationships with institutional donors, bilateral agencies, and philanthropic foundations
Familiarity with widely used nonprofit technology tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Blackbaud, CiviCRM, or Raiser’s Edge)
Active involvement in the nonprofit ecosystem through volunteering, advisory roles, or professional experience
Experience working with large international NGOs like Save the Children or Oxfam, or navigating procurement within complex charity structures
Insight into key nonprofit sectors such as humanitarian response, global development, healthcare, environmental work, or migration
Established connections within Spanish-speaking nonprofit or international development communities
Role Logistics
- Location: London or Dublin (preferred)
Travel: Expect up to 40% travel across the EMEA region for client engagement and industry events, along with occasional visits to the San Francisco headquarters
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £195,000 – £280,000 (inclusive of base salary and performance incentives)

Working Model
- This is a hybrid role. Team members are generally expected to spend at least 25% of their time in the office, although specific requirements may vary depending on responsibilities.
