Overview
Magentic is looking for its very first Growth Marketer — someone excited to build things from scratch and shape how we bring our product to market.
This is not a typical marketing role. You’ll be working directly with the founders to define who we sell to, what we say, and how we reach them. From identifying ideal customers to testing acquisition strategies, your work will directly influence how Magentic grows.

What You’ll Be Doing
Define the Market
- Work closely with the CEO to identify and refine target customers
Develop clear customer personas and use cases
Shape the Story
- Craft Magentic’s positioning as a category-defining AI platform
Build messaging that resonates with enterprise audiences
Experiment and Execute
- Run fast-paced experiments across different growth channels
Identify what works and turn it into repeatable strategies
Leverage Tools and Data
- Use AI tools and automation to analyse campaigns and improve performance
Track metrics, extract insights, and optimise continuously
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with product and sales teams
Feed customer insights back into product and messaging improvements
What We’re Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have experience growing early-stage B2B startups (especially enterprise-focused)
Take full ownership of your work and move quickly from idea to execution
Are comfortable working across research, messaging, campaigns, and analytics
Combine data-driven thinking with creative storytelling
Enjoy testing ideas, learning fast, and iterating constantly
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding impact and contribution:
- Salary: £90,000 – £100,000
