About the Role
This position is designed for a commercially driven professional who wants to work at the forefront of AI while supporting organisations that create social good.
- As an EMEA Nonprofit Account Executive, you will lead efforts to expand Anthropic’s presence across nonprofit organisations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will help mission-driven institutions adopt AI tools to enhance their operations, research, and service delivery.
Your role combines strategic sales, relationship-building, and market insight, with a strong emphasis on navigating complex organisational structures and regional diversity.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Drive revenue growth by securing partnerships with nonprofit organisations across EMEA
Manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to deal closure and deployment
Develop tailored go-to-market strategies for diverse regional and regulatory environments
Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives, trustees, and programme leaders
Provide market insights to inform product development and positioning
Collaborate with global teams, adapting strategies to regional contexts
Ensure compliance with data protection frameworks, including GDPR and regional privacy standards
Expand networks through partnerships with sector organisations, consultants, and platforms
About You
You are a results-oriented professional who combines commercial expertise with a genuine interest in social impact.
Essential Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales within EMEA markets
Proven success managing complex, multi-country sales cycles
Experience closing high-value enterprise deals
Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection considerations
Ability to engage diverse stakeholders across cultures and organisational structures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English (additional European languages are advantageous)
Desirable Experience:
- Background working with nonprofit organisations, INGOs, or public sector bodies
Familiarity with fundraising or donor-funded environments
Experience with nonprofit technology ecosystems (e.g. CRM platforms)
Existing network within the EMEA nonprofit or consulting sector
