 Key Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you will:
- Oversee clinical standards and ensure excellent patient care
Coach and mentor veterinary colleagues to support their development
Work closely with the Practice Manager and Lead Nurse on daily operations
Monitor clinic performance, including KPIs and financial outcomes
Lead team meetings, including clinical governance and performance reviews
Foster a culture aligned with organisational values and teamwork
 What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
- Have solid clinical experience and enjoy mentoring others
Communicate effectively with both clients and team members
Hold (or are willing to complete) a VetGDP qualification
Are confident in leadership responsibilities, including performance management
Have an interest in the operational and business side of veterinary practice (desirable, not essential)
 Working Pattern
38 hours per week
4-day working week
1 in 4–5 Saturdays (approx. 2 in 9 rota)
10-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with a 1-hour unpaid break)
