What Your Work Will Look Like

In this role, you will:

  • Provide high-quality small animal consultations and routine surgeries
  • Deliver consistent clinical standards across multiple clinics
  • Work independently when required, including sole-charge situations
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and share practical knowledge
  • Build confidence in leadership, adaptability, and clinical judgement
  • You’ll be trusted to represent excellent clinical practice while helping maintain continuity across locations.

Working Pattern

  • Full time: 4 days per week
  • 1 in 6 weekend rota
  • Part-time options considered
  • Advance rota planning for work–life balance
