About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join the University’s Pensions Team within Human Resources. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working accurately, supporting colleagues, and delivering a high standard of service.
As part of a friendly and collaborative team, you will play an important role in ensuring pension processes run smoothly and that staff receive clear, timely support regarding pension-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in a variety of pension administration and support activities, including:
- Completing monthly pension administration tasks accurately and within deadlines
- Handling enquiries from employees, internal teams, and external pension providers in a professional and responsive manner
- Acting as a key liaison between pension scheme members and third-party administrators
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting data integrity
- Providing general administrative support to the wider Pensions Team as required
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility and adaptability when priorities change
- Previous administrative experience is essential; experience in pensions or HR administration would be beneficial but is not required.
