  •  Health & Medication: Administering prescribed medications and monitoring well-being in line with NHS Medicines Information standards.
  •  Companionship: Providing emotional support and accompanying clients to social events or appointments.
  •  Operational Safety: Managing light housekeeping and ensuring a safe living environment while maintaining detailed, professional care records.
  •  Advocacy: Identifying changes in health and reporting concerns immediately to ensure proactive care.

What We Are Looking For

We value experience, but we hire for heart. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  •  Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in UK domiciliary care.

  •  Logistics: A Full UK Driving Licence is required for travel across the Suffolk area.
  •  Compliance: You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
  •  The Care Factor: A patient, reliable, and positive attitude that brightens a client’s day.

Why Join Our Team?

We believe that those who care for others deserve to be well-cared for themselves. Our package includes:

  •  Pay & Perks: Starting from £13.00 per hour with additional mileage reimbursement.
  •  Flexibility: We offer Full-time and Part-time roles with schedules designed to support your work-life balance.
  •  Growth: Comprehensive training, career progression pathways, and a workplace pension scheme.
  •  Sponsorship: UK Visa Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates who meet the Home Office requirements.
  •  Culture: Free on-site parking, a rewarding referral programme, and a supportive, inclusive team environment.
