About the Role
Gas Certs London is expanding its renewable energy division and is looking for motivated individuals to join the team as Heat Pump Installers / Engineers. This role offers an excellent entry point into the fast-growing low-carbon heating sector, with full training provided for candidates who are new to heat pump technology.
You will work on the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of air-source heat pump systems, contributing directly to the UK’s transition towards sustainable heating solutions.
Previous experience or MCS certification is not essential—what matters most is your willingness to learn, your practical mindset, and your commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Install and commission air-source heat pump systems in residential and commercial properties
- Ensure all work complies with MCS standards, manufacturer instructions, and safety regulations
- Complete installation reports and certification documentation accurately
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every project
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and workmanship
- Support and mentor junior colleagues as your experience grows
