About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a well-established building services organisation at the heart of London’s construction sector. The company delivers technically complex projects across multiple industries and is recognised for combining innovation with sustainable, efficient delivery.
As an MEP Planner, you will play a key role in shaping how projects are planned, sequenced, and delivered — from early feasibility through to completion. You’ll work closely with site teams, senior leadership, and clients to ensure programmes are realistic, well-controlled, and aligned with commercial and contractual obligations.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of project planning activities across the full construction lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing detailed programmes covering design, procurement, and construction phases
- Producing high-quality, client-facing schedules and reports
- Monitoring project progress and assessing the impact of changes
- Conducting regular site visits and liaising with on-site delivery teams
- Providing clear progress updates and briefings to senior management
- Carrying out delay analysis and preparing supporting documentation for Extension of Time (EOT) claims
- Maintaining accurate planning records and programme revisions
- Attending coordination meetings, reviews, and relevant training sessions
- Staying informed on construction legislation and best practice

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Experience & Skills
- Strong background in construction planning at both tender and live project stages
- Solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) systems
- Experience managing programmes from feasibility through to handover
- Proficient in planning software such as Asta PowerProject and/or MS Project
- Confident working with contractual programmes and change control
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-focused
- Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Able to communicate clearly and deliver confident briefings to stakeholders
Visa & International Candidate Requirements
