About the Role
Henley Business School is seeking to appoint an exceptional Associate Professor in Coaching and Organisational Behaviour to join its internationally respected Department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour & Reputation.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver engaging teaching across postgraduate programmes (MBA, MSc), with opportunities to contribute to Executive Education
- Apply facilitative, collaborative and reflective teaching approaches suited to experienced, senior-level learners
- Conduct and publish high-quality, internationally recognised research in coaching and organisational behaviour
- Contribute to curriculum innovation and programme development
- Supervise postgraduate and doctoral research students
- Actively engage in academic leadership, citizenship, and knowledge exchange
- Build strong professional relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners
About You
We are looking for an academic who brings both intellectual depth and human insight. You will demonstrate:
- A proven track record of excellent teaching and impactful research in coaching and organisational behaviour
- Experience teaching at postgraduate level (MBA/MSc); executive education experience is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage highly experienced and demanding learners
- Confidence working autonomously while contributing positively to collaborative academic teams
- A commitment to ethical, inclusive and responsible leadership education
