  • Maintain oversight of the balance sheet, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance
  • Provide expert leadership on taxation, ensuring appropriate advice, compliance, and governance

Essential requirements include:

  • A recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CIPFA)
  • Proven experience operating at a senior level within a large, complex organisation
  • Demonstrable success in creating and maintaining strong financial control environments
  • In‑depth knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, finance systems, and transactional processes
  • A strong track record of delivering process and system improvements, including automation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

Visa and Right to Work Information

Due to the complexity of Skilled Worker visa requirements, applicants who may require sponsorship are encouraged to review eligibility criteria via official UK Government guidance prior to applying. Visa options will only be discussed with candidates invited to interview.
