Our product helps security teams detect intrusions in cloud environments using canaries—intelligent decoy tripwires that deceive attackers and protect critical systems.

We’re at an exciting inflection point: backed by leading investors (Accel, Tapestry), doubling ARR last quarter, and partnering with major clients including Riot Games, Synthesia, Docker, Coveo, and Snyk. We’ve grown from 2 to 11 team members in 18 months, and we’re ready to triple again in the coming year.

Who We’re Looking For

Role Responsibilities

As a Founding Engineer reporting to our CTO & Co-Founder, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and customers to deliver impactful solutions
  • Work across the stack and contribute to architecture decisions
  • Participate in all aspects of engineering—from infrastructure and CI/CD to frontend and backend
  • Deliver consistently in a small, dynamic team with minimal bureaucracy

Working Style

  • Hours: 9am–6pm typical, flexible as needed
  • Remote Policy: Office-based culture for early-stage startup collaboration, flexibility considered case-by-case
  • Team Structure: Daily standups, significant autonomy, frequent customer interactions, and long-term planning sessions

Visa Sponsorship

We also provide a £5,000 tax-free relocation package and guidance for accommodation, banking, and settling in the UK.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: £60,000 – £120,000, depending on experience and skill set
  • Equity opportunities may also be available as part of early-stage ownership
