What This Role Looks Like
- Position: Full-time Otolaryngologist
- Primary Sites: Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic, with offices in Canandaigua and Newark
- Schedule: Call rotation shared (1:3)
- Setting: Three outpatient clinics with major growth potential
Team Environment: Collaborative, patient-centered, and supported by APPs and audiology services

Compensation Transparency
Base Salary Range: $400,000 – $500,000
Additional earning potential may include productivity incentives, value-based bonuses, and other variable compensation. Final pay is determined by experience, specialty, years of practice, and organizational equity.

Physical Requirements:
- Light work (lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally; some walking/standing)
