Each of our 19 unique locations – from cafés and restaurants to underground gardens, canal boats, and shipping containers – is carefully curated to create memorable experiences for residents, workers, and visitors.
Our dishes are prepared fresh in-house from scratch, inspired by founder Prue Freeman’s childhood on her sheep farm and summers on the beach. We focus on fresh Mediterranean ingredients with exciting Asian flavours, ensuring quality, freshness, and consistency in every plate.
Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our Margot Green team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all customers, reflecting the Australian spirit of Daisy Green Collection.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and communicate our business philosophy to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness: Gov.uk – Food Business Regulations
- Assist in daily set-up, clearing, and organisation of the dining area.
- Handle high-quality beverages including artisan coffee and fine wines responsibly: Gov.uk – Alcohol Licensing
- Support training initiatives and participate in team development.

Requirements
- Full UK visa eligibility.
- Knowledge of Food Safety Standards: Food Standards Agency – Level 2 Food Safety
- Experience in hospitality, fine dining, or café settings is desirable.
- Awareness of health and safety requirements in the workplace: HSE – Hospitality Guidance
