About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Customer Service
- Conduct hearing assessments and tests, providing expert advice on hearing solutions.
- Deliver ongoing aftercare as part of the Amplifon aftercare programme.
- Ensure patients receive a high-quality, professional, and personalised hearing care experience.
- Act as a clinical role model, supporting colleagues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Clinic Management & Leadership
- Manage clinic operations alongside a Customer Care Coordinator, including staffing and scheduling.
- Plan and organise clinic diaries to balance patient needs with commercial objectives.
- Monitor clinic KPIs, identifying and addressing underperformance with timely interventions.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to all internal, legal, and professional guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory standards at all times.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC registration: Health and Care Professions Council
- Excellent customer care and service skills
- Commercial awareness and analytical ability
- Strong IT literacy and organisational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Numeracy and time management skills
- Action-oriented with drive and resilience
- Desirable Attributes
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous commercial experience in a clinical setting
