Role Overview
We are searching for an experienced Staff Product Manager, Monetization & Growth to steer our full revenue engine. You’ll oversee strategy for pricing, growth experimentation, funnel optimization, and customer lifecycle retention across mobile and web.
In this role, you will guide multiple squads, shape the monetization roadmap, and lead our product success group responsible for customer support and AI-driven retention tools.
What You’ll Lead
Growth & Monetization Strategy
- Own and drive our strategic objective for monetization and growth across both web and mobile ecosystems.
- Identify revenue opportunities, test bold hypotheses, and optimize every layer of the user journey—from acquisition to subscription conversion.
Pricing & Business Model Innovation
- Lead ongoing pricing experiments and subscription model evolution.
- Use data and user insights to refine our paid offering and maximise long-term value creation.
- Customer Support as a Retention Lever
- Oversee product surfaces supporting customer care, introducing AI tools and workflows to reduce churn and enhance user satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally to treat support as a crucial part of the customer experience.
Experimentation & Execution
- Manage high-volume A/B testing across platforms.
- Coordinate multiple squads, maintain experimentation velocity, and share learnings that drive measurable business outcomes.
What You Bring
Core Experience
- 7–10+ years as a Product Manager with proven results in acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Strong track record guiding cross-functional teams through fast-paced experimentation cycles.
Technical & Analytical Strength
- Comfortable digging into data, analyzing funnels, and identifying scalable growth levers.
- Experience owning pricing strategy or business model optimisation at scale.
- Customer-Driven Mindset
- Ability to connect deeply with users, translating insights into product decisions that reduce churn and strengthen product stickiness.
