  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities and ensure detailed, accurate engineering documentation.

Customer Interaction & Reporting

  • Communicate directly with airline engineering teams to provide updates, technical explanations, and repair summaries.
  • Track spare usage and assist with inventory coordination.
  • Provide operational feedback to PAC supervisors and maintain consistent communication with shift management.
  • Operational Duties
  • Maneuver and drive company vehicles on airport premises.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • A valid A, B1, or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence with at least one approved type rating from the aircraft list above.

  • Ability to meet strict operational deadlines and deliver work of high technical accuracy.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with electronic and digital systems.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with airline customers.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at height, and stand or bend for prolonged periods.
  • A valid UK driving licence or eligibility to obtain one.

Desirable

  • Previous experience with IFE, avionics, or electrical system troubleshooting.

What We Offer

  • Permanent, full-time position with long-term career growth prospects.
  • Comprehensive health benefits covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and pension contributions.
  • Visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates.
  • Relocation assistance, including financial support.
  • Structured training programs, tuition reimbursement, and technical development pathways.
  • Company holidays, sick pay, personal days, and paid time off.
  • Exposure to the aviation sector’s latest technologies and high-profile airline clients.

Working Pattern & Travel

  • 12-hour shifts on a 4-on / 4-off rotation.
  • Up to 40% travel within the UK and across EMEA to support partner airlines.
