Role Summary

Mercy Health – Clermont Hospital is seeking dedicated and team-oriented Hospitalists to join its expanding inpatient medical team. This community-focused 160-bed facility supports a wide range of clinical services, offering physicians an ideal blend of clinical challenge, supportive leadership, and strong community engagement.

Position Features

Clinical Responsibilities

Manage an average of 11 daily encounters per provider

• Respond to all hospital codes
• Care for patients in an open 15-bed ICU
• Perform bedside procedures (preferred, not mandatory)
• Collaborate closely with nursing teams, specialists, and advanced practice providers
• Provide evidence-based inpatient management across a variety of diagnoses

Training Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Visa Assistance
