Role Summary

As the Sr. Account Manager – Service Agreements, you will lead the growth of Rehlko’s service‑agreement business in North America. You will partner with distribution channels and service operators to develop and expand service contract programs, driving parts sales, customer retention, and aftermarket growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Agreement Development
  • Design and grow service‑agreement programs with Rehlko’s distributor network.
  • Deliver professional presentations to service teams, highlighting the value proposition, incentive structures, and program benefits.

Product & Parts Management

  • Promote Rehlko Genuine Parts within service agreements.
  • Conduct training sessions for distributors on new product launches and system updates relevant to service contracts.

Business Intelligence & Customer Insight

  • Build and maintain a “voice-of-customer” data repository.
  • Use market intelligence to guide strategic initiatives that align with customer and distributor needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to distributor leadership on how to improve profitability via aftermarket parts.

Issue Resolution

  • Serve as a key liaison between Rehlko’s aftermarket parts team and distribution partners to resolve service‑related issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in aftermarket parts, service, or B2B sales within a global manufacturing or OEM environment.
  • Proven track record in account management, service contracts, or customer relationship management.
  • Prior exposure to the power generation industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong strategic thinker with good judgment, curiosity, and ability to create business plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving, written, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented; able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of analytics tools or SAP is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: USD 98,900 – USD 125,600 (based on experience, education, and location)
